Joseph Isaacs, AC (Project Manager/Principal)
Construction Manager with over 10 years’ experience, established through multiple sectors of the industry including General Contracting, Civil Engineering, and Subcontracting. Having successfully delivered over $151 million in projects, Joseph adds value to your project with his well-versed background of the industry that began even before obtaining his B.S. Construction Management from Eastern Kentucky University. These projects have ranged from Water Infrastructure, Institutional, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.
Joseph holds certifications from the American Institute of Constructors, as well as the Kentucky Society of Healthcare Engineers. Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and his local church community.
Brandon Tyree (Project Manager/Principal)
Brandon has been in the construction industry his entire life, as it was a family business. His experience began as a performer of the family general contracting firm, to learn the processes first hand of each trade required to perform the project. He grew into a position of assistant site superintendent before finishing high school, working on projects such as judicial centers, police stations, and industrial additions. By the age of 30 had started his own company and successfully completed a high school renovation. Brandon holds certifications from the Kentucky Society of Healthcare Engineers.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as attending church where his family is very involved in helping the community.
Luke Downes (Estimator)
From a long line of engineers, Luke has been surrounded by the construction industry his whole life, starting his first Construction Management job when he was 17 under some of the best in the industry. As a student of the industry, he is well versed in the modern construction practices, constantly striving to bring you the best available solutions to any and all problems that might arise. He has worked on projects ranging from middle school’s renovations, state maintenance facilities, to a $200 million research facility in Lexington, KY.
Luke also has a heart for restoration of cities and spends most his time downtown with his wife.
Debbie Smith (Office/Account Manager)
Debbie joined our staff in April 2018 as our Office and Account Manager bringing with her many years of Office Administration experience in the construction industry. Debbie oversees the Office with responsibilities including: Accounts Payable & Receivable, New Hires, Financial and Job Cost Reports and Payroll.
Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, interior decorating and mostly helping and supporting others in need.
Audrey's primary responsibility is overseeing all aspects of accounting: payables, receivables, bank accounts, payroll and financials. Audrey also brings a multi-faceted background of office management experience that adds tremendous value to OMNI's professional abilities.
Audrey enjoys spending her time with her husband and 2 children attending church and participating in community outreach and children's church.
